Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth across a diverse set of channel distribution accounts
  • Lead joint partner planning process to develop mutual objectives and financial targets
  • Strengthen connections with important clients and implement strategic plans for revenue expansion
  • Implement company channel policy and provide accurate sales forecasting
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity
  • Establish productive relationships with partner accounts and coordinate company resources
  • Meet sales volume targets and manage POS and Inventory data

Qualifications :

  • 6+ years of Channel Management experience in electrical / industrial / test & measurement industries
  • Strong strategic sales and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage with people at all levels and create effective growth strategies
  • Comfort with taking calculated risks to exceed growth targets
  • Negotiation skills leading to mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or marketing (equivalent experience accepted)
