Schedule : Saturdays | 7 : 30 AM 12 : 00 PM

Do you love working with kids and have a passion for basketball? The Little Hoopsters Specialist leads our basketball basics class for ages 35, helping young players gain confidence, coordination, and a love for the game through fun, developmentally appropriate drills.

Your Impact & Responsibilities
Lead foundational basketball drills appropriate for 35 year oldsMake every child feel welcome and supported during classRespond to participant / spectator needs with patience and careHelp maintain a safe, clean, and positive environmentFollow YMCA policies in case of emergencies and complete reports as neededPerform light cleaning tasks or notify maintenance when necessaryStay visible and availableyour presence matters!Qualifications
High School Diploma or GEDPrevious experience playing or coaching basketball preferredMust complete certifications within 30 days of hire :CPR / AED / First Aid
Child Abuse PreventionBloodborne PathogensUnderstanding of basic youth basketball skills and drillsPhysical Requirements
