Advertised Job Summary :
Under the limited supervision of the Director of Graduate Programs with direct supervision from the Program Manager for the Excellence in Policing and Public Safety Programs, the Coordinator will provide administrative support to the faculty and staff working on the Non-JD graduate programs, to include the Masters in Health Law, Excellence In Policing and Public Safety Credentialing and Masters programs, Environmental Law program and other non-JD graduate programs. The Coordinator is responsible for handling HR duties, travel, expense reports, and payment requests and for tracking spending against program budgets for the faculty program directors. The Coordinator must be detailed oriented and organized and be able to work independently with little supervision and balance multiple competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsible for handling administrative duties for the School’s new graduate programs, centers, and special initiatives, including the Excellence in Policing and Public Safety program (EPPS), and new Master’s and certificate programs. Responsible for handling travel, expense reports, payment requests, purchase orders, and website changes following Law School and University policies and procedures. Must be proficient in PeopleSoft . Must be able to handle a travel card and a Purchasing card. Must follow University, Law School, and Educational Foundation policies and procedures.
