Senior Healthcare Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate understanding of clinical content and use analytics to drive program effectiveness

Build and maintain analytical and reporting solutions using administrative and clinical health data

Identify optimization opportunities through statistical analysis and predictive modeling methods

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a big-data analytics role

Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling tools such as SQL and Python; experience with Athena and AWS Sagemaker preferred

Understanding of healthcare systems and experience with large data sets including medical claims and pharmacy data

Experience with clinical and utilization management programs for specialty care preferred

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or quantitative discipline required; Master's degree preferred
