Assistant Manager
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team in Minooka, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage and motivate team members to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality
- Run shifts efficiently, including opening and closing procedures
- Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the store
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and implementing marketing initiatives
- Participate in employee training and development programs
- Enforce food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications :
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or retail industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in cash handling and basic math skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilitiesFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysKnowledge of food safety regulations and practicesPositive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressurePhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Prior experience in pizza delivery or food service is a plus
