About the Role

You’ll lead and mentor a team of recruiters, refine our talent acquisition strategies, and ensure we consistently deliver high-quality candidates to our clients. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on recruiting—and it’s perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, scaling teams, and driving results.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Team : Coach, mentor, and manage recruiters to hit performance goals and grow professionally

Drive Results : Oversee full-cycle recruitment to ensure timely, high-quality placements

Improve Processes : Optimize sourcing strategies and streamline recruiting workflows

Partner with Clients : Act as a key liaison with clients, understanding their needs and delivering top talent

Track Performance : Monitor KPIs like time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction

Innovate : Stay on top of recruiting trends, tools, and techniques to keep us ahead of the curve

What You Bring

5+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role

Proven success in a staffing agency or talent acquisition setting

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment metrics

Excellent communication and team-building skills

Ability to adapt, solve problems, and lead by example

Bonus : Experience recruiting in healthcare or dental industries
