We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This long-term contract position involves managing customer documentation and contracts, ensuring accuracy, and supporting various administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a structured environment.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and manage customer contracts, ensuring all required details are accurately documented and organized.
- Upload and maintain documentation in designated portals for easy access and review.
- Collaborate with team members to establish and follow consistent naming conventions and filing systems.
- Utilize tools like Adobe for contract preparation and ServiceTitan for workflow management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contracts are reviewed and finalized promptly.
- Handle customer-facing tasks, such as responding to inquiries and providing support via email and phone.
- Monitor and resolve connectivity issues to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Assist in managing third-party contracts, including filling out required fields and submitting for review.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and communication.
- Adhere to a structured schedule, working five days a week, five hours per day, primarily in the mornings.
- Proven experience in customer success or customer service roles, preferably in a call center or dealership environment.
- Proficiency in using multiple browsers and managing email correspondence effectively.
- Strong skills in contract management, including preparation, negotiation, and renewals.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe for contract-related tasks and ServiceTitan for workflow management.
- Ability to manage and resolve connectivity issues in a customer service context.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to established processes and deadlines.
