Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for the GKOS Team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers developing and deploying the GKOS solution

Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to define and execute the roadmap

Ensure high-quality, maintainable code through rigorous code reviews and testing practices

Required Qualifications

Proven ability to mentor and elevate team performance

Experience leading software engineering teams with a focus on Linux internals

Familiarity with network protocols, APIs, and system services

Ability to build trust across cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Strong situational leadership skills
