Job description
A company is looking for a Regional Claims Leader - Casualty EHBI.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and develop field managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture
Strategically lead field operations to enhance efficiency and improve customer satisfaction
Analyze regional market trends and adapt operations to meet market demands
Required Qualifications
Experience in casualty EHBI claims and managing complex injuries
Litigation experience is preferred
Skills in risk management and team engagement
Proficiency in performance reporting using Power BI and Excel
Experience in claims auditing and quality assurance is highly valued
