Your Impact :

As LNHA, you’ll oversee the administration and management of our Skilled Nursing Facility—ensuring compliance, driving quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of compassion and teamwork. You’ll have the autonomy to lead, with the support of Empire Care Centers’ resources and mission-driven leadership.

Qualifications :

Current state LNHA license

Prior experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Knowledge of nursing home operations, regulations, and compliance

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Availability for on-call responsibilities
