Job descriptionEstablished and highly productive group of doctors providing care in Reno-metro for almost 20 years has a rare opening for a new Associate to join on a fulltime basis. Highlights : Tech forward and tech embracing. CBCT CAD / CAM - scanning and milling Continual evaluation of equipment and instruments and plenty of budget to upgrade or replace as needed Multi-doctor group and all are collaborative and team supportive. Owner enthusiastic about mentorship - clinical, business, and leadership. A focus on culture, retention, continual learning, and team engagement. Tuesday through Friday daytime hours . No nights. No weekends. Fridays are reduced hours. Proven Associate earnings that exceed $300k W-2 on a 4-day workweek. Plus comprehensive benefits. Plus equity opportunities over time. We offer the full breadth of General Dentistry treatments. Candidate Parameters : You are welcome to keep anything within your proficiencies. We are open to all experience levels including 2025 graduates and residents. Must be an outstanding communicator and enjoy getting to know your patients. We also have an itinerate OMS for internal referrals for All on X and heavy surgery. We ask that you are proficient in all things Bread and Butter. It would be ideal if you keep simple Endo and place single implants, but not required. We offer Invisalign but it amounts to less than 5% of our revenue. Ideal but not required to join. CAD / CAM utilization is a must. If you are not experienced we will train you in your first few weeks. Personal and professional backgrounds, respectively, will be considered as part of the hiring process. We are private-practice, for-profit, and without academic ties and therefore unable to support visas of any kind. We are actively interviewing and the patients are waiting.
