Teamcenter Systems Engineer
TRC’s client, a rapidly growing EV battery manufacturer, is seeking a Teamcenter Systems Engineer to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of their Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) ecosystem.
This is an exciting opportunity to help build the digital foundation of a new greenfield manufacturing plant — connecting product engineering, quality, and production through integrated, data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on Teamcenter experience and enjoys bridging the gap between IT and engineering to improve product development and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Siemens Teamcenter PLM modules, including :
o Bill of Materials (BOM) Management
o Engineering Change Management (ECM)
o Document and Workflow Management
o User Access and Role Administration
Support system integrations with enterprise applications such as SAP, MES, and QMS to ensure data continuity across engineering and manufacturing.Partner with engineering, quality, and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues, streamline workflows, and implement process improvements.Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics related to product data and change control.Participate in validation and compliance activities (ISO 9001, APQP, and related standards).Serve as the subject matter expert for Teamcenter, ensuring high system performance, reliability, and user adoption.________________________________________
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.2–4 years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter (Unified or Active Workspace) in a configuration, support, or administration role.Knowledge of BOM management, change management, workflows, and access controls within Teamcenter.Experience integrating Teamcenter with enterprise systems such as SAP, MES, or CAD tools (NX, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.).Understanding of quality and engineering processes within a manufacturing environment.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Familiarity with PLM fundamentals, version control, and digital thread concepts.Experience in automotive, battery, or advanced manufacturing industries preferred.________________________________________
