Job Summary :

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Floor Installer to join our team. This role involves preparing surfaces and applying epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings in residential and commercial settings. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We provide all the necessary training!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Surface Preparation : Grind, clean, and prep concrete surfaces for coating application.
  • Coating Application : Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Precision & Detail : Ensure professional-quality finishes with attention to detail.
  • Equipment & Chemical Handling : Operate industrial floor grinders, vacuums, epoxy and other necessary tools and materials.
  • Safety Compliance : Follow proper safety protocols and wear required PPE.
  • Customer Interaction : Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while working in customer homes and businesses.
  • Team Collaboration : Work efficiently with crew members to complete projects on time.

Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in flooring, painting, construction, or a related trade is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Comfortable using power tools and working in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Willingness to learn and follow company procedures.
