Job Description :

RUDIS, the leading Footwear & Apparel company in Wrestling is looking for a Seasonal Warehouse Associate to assist at the distribution center to ensure exceptional, accurate, on-time order fulfillment and receipt of product to the consumer. This job is to be performed on-site at the distribution center, currently located in Richwood, Ohio.

Responsibilities :

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications
• Ensure that all orders are correctly filled and timely dispatched
• Accurately receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
• Ensure proper storage of products in designated locations and maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and report any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks. Ensure equipment is maintained and used following safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and practices to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents, and preparing shipments for delivery.
• Work effectively with team members and communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors. Assist with training new team members as needed.
• Arrive on time to perform daily duties
