About the Role :

BNW Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent for a union contractor in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare projects , proven job stability , and the ability to lead field teams effectively. Bilingual candidates (English / Spanish) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

✅ 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent on large-scale commercial projects (healthcare experience required).

✅ Strong knowledge of NEC codes, electrical systems, and construction safety regulations.

✅ Ability to manage union field crews and work within union contractor environments.

✅ Job stability – strong track record of long-term employment with previous companies.

✅ Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.

✅ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and project specifications.

✅ Must be OK working with a union contractor.

✅ OSHA 30 certification preferred.
