About the Role
The Senior Director of Footwear Merchandising will lead the creation and execution of the seasonal product merchandising strategy across channels, ensuring assortments are consumer-right, market-relevant, and financially sound. This role will act as the voice of the marketplace within the product creation process and work cross-functionally with design, development, brand, and sales teams to build assortments that drive growth across both wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels. The Senior Director will play a pivotal role in assortment planning, seasonal storytelling, and special make-up (SMU) execution, blending data-driven insights with consumer and marketplace intuition.

Location & Office Structure : This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in Irvine, CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.
Compensation : The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus of 14-28%; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
