Fullstack Software Engineer

Base Salary : $150,000 – $250,000 per year + competitive bonus and benefits.

Company Description : Our client is a fast-moving, well-capitalized product innovation company backed by over $2B in managed assets. They partner with a portfolio of cash-flow-positive B2B software businesses—each generating $15M–$70M in revenue—to build AI-powered software products that redefine how teams innovate and deliver customer value.

Unlike typical startups, this environment combines startup-level velocity with the financial stability of established private equity support. You’ll build core systems from the ground up, working closely with senior technical and business leaders who have led at some of the world’s top technology firms.

What You Will Do

• Design, build, and ship production-grade features end-to-end across a modern Next.js + TypeScript stack.
• Develop AI-powered experiences using LLM APIs and frameworks such as the Vercel AI SDK .
• Integrate with Postgres via Drizzle ORM and maintain robust, well-typed schemas and queries.
• Orchestrate background jobs, webhooks, and API integrations for external systems.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability across streaming UIs, caching layers, and background pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership to translate high-level goals into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code with strong attention to type safety and developer experience.
• Contribute to engineering culture through code reviews, documentation, and iterative improvement.
