Aret is seeking a Senior Administrative And Security Support Specialist to join our team. This role is evenly split between supporting the Security Department and providing administrative and security-related assistance to program operations. This position will assist the security team's operations while also handling general office tasking. This is an excellent growth opportunity for the right candidate who is eager to learn and contribute to both administrative and security-driven functions. You will support critical security operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the program space while gaining valuable exposure to the industrial security field. This full-time, non-exempt, non-supervisory position is based in our Northridge, CA office.

Security Department Support :

• Support the Security Team with daily security-related tasks and compliance efforts
• Maintain and organize compliance documentation
• This role offers the opportunity to receive training and certification as the COMSEC Custodian or Alternate, providing a pathway for growth within the security organization.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 / yr to $80,000 / yr; however, Arete considers several factors when extending an offer of employment, including but not limited to : the position and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education / training, and key skills.
