Travel - LTC Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part-Time

Location : Barron, Wisconsin

Shift : PM Shift | 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Schedule : Monday, Saturday, Sunday, Thursday, Friday (weekly repeat)

Pay : Up to $45 / hour

Housing : Not provided

Extras : Opportunity to pick up additional shifts as available

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident conditions
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Perform wound care, blood glucose checks, catheter care, and other LPN-level procedures
• Support residents with ADLs when needed to ensure comfort and safety
• Maintain accurate, timely charting in accordance with facility standards
• Uphold infection control procedures, HIPAA regulations, and facility policies
• Foster a caring, respectful, and safe environment for all residents
