Overview

Our Client is a leading orthopedic, spine, and sports medicine practice in New York is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join its growing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation environment treating a wide range of spine and musculoskeletal conditions .

The ideal candidate is a hands-on clinician with strong manual therapy skills , exceptional interpersonal communication , and a genuine passion for helping patients achieve optimal recovery. Candidates with knowledge of practice growth strategies and insurance processes are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, spine, and sports-related conditions using evidence-based physical therapy techniques.

Observe and assess patient progress , documenting outcomes and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.

Utilize skilled manual therapy techniques to improve patient function and mobility.

Collaborate closely with physicians, medical staff, and administrative teams to ensure seamless, coordinated care.

Deliver an exceptional patient experience , maintaining a professional and compassionate approach.

Contribute to practice growth initiatives , leveraging understanding of the physical therapy business and insurance landscape.

Maintain compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations , as well as clinic policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree).

Active New York State Physical Therapy License (required).

1-2 years of experience in physical therapy preferred, ideally in orthopedic, spine, or sports rehabilitation settings.

Proven track record of exceptional patient care and customer service .

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients, physicians, and staff.

Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Insurance credentialing experience preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $120,000 - $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
