Continuum is a well-established home care company that has serviced clients in the Greater St. Louis area for over 23 years ! We are seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team! Client Locations : West and South St. Louis County and St. Charles County

Shift Available : 4 hours up to 12 hour shifts; mornings, afternoons, and overnights ( The earliest shifts start at 7am! )

The responsibilities of a Continuum Caregiver :

  • Client engagement and companionship
  • Assisting with client personal care : dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, etc.
  • Light Housekeeping and laundry
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication reminders
  • Client transportation : running errands, medical appointments, outings (Valid driver's license and car insurance required)
  • Building professional relationships with clients, their families, and the Continuum management team
  • The position requirements for a Continuum Caregiver :

  • Have at least 3 years of caregiving experience
  • Provide and maintain a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Pass a background screening
  • The ability to move objects averaging 100lbs (with use of assistive devices)
  • Possess effective oral and written communication skills
