At Ivy Rehab , we're "All About the People"! As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our mission to help enable people to live their lives to the fullest. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely. However, candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones (EST / CST) to ensure alignment with team collaboration and business hours. Preference will be given to candidates based near White Plains, NY, to support occasional in-person meetings or on-site collaboration at our corporate office.

The Senior FP&A Analyst will report to the Director of FP&A and will support core FP&A functions. This role will be a part of a fast-paced, results-driven environment that fosters employee growth and career development.

Responsibilities include :

• Creating and updating financial analysis reports and models (Full P&L)
• Own and maintain an executive dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal leaders and external investors
• Own month-end activities related to close, variance analysis, consolidation and forecasting
• Collaborate with business partners and FP&A teams to develop regular financial forecasts
• Perform peer analysis, benchmark Ivy vs competitors and present this data to key leaders
• Automate and improve processes and analytics to support a scaling business
• End-to-end ownership of ad-hoc analytics, projects, and requests from Finance leadership
