Our co-founders are Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor . Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Googles AR / VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

What you'll do

Drive end-to-end GTM processes, including building pricing proposals, developing customer presentations, and delivering financial analyses to enable team success.

Analyze, optimize and implement sales territories for fast growing sales team

Work with pricing, legal, operations, sales, and finance team to Identify inefficiencies in current GTM operations and design scalable solutions to help Sierra scale

Serve as a versatile and proactive team player, taking on both foundational tasks and high-impact strategic initiatives that enable the GTM teams success.

What you'll bring

2-4 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).

A detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven mentality that is focused on both accuracy and efficiency.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive and execute initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas and problems into straightforward, actionable recommendations, especially to executives.

SQL experience.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.

Previous 0-1 startup or operational experience.
