Position :  Substance Abuse Therapist / Licensed Therapist - LMSW (TN only)

Type :  Full Time, On-site

Locations :  Multiple locations in Tennessee (TN)

Purpose :  Provide counseling services to maintain patient care within the Center, creating a safe and balanced environment for patients.

Key Duties :

• Work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and individual counseling.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
• Coordinate care with medical professionals.
