What You Will Do
- Create and serve delicious drinks and food following standards
- Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Upsell premium products
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences
- Monitor alcohol consumption per guidelines
- Answer guest questions and operate cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Earn a guaranteed rate if tips do not meet expectations
