SEWS—El Paso Customer Service Center (Eastside) Job TitleQA Technician (Hourly Position) Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow up with the inspections and sorting of FG materials
• Work close with the sorting company for good instructions and sorting methods
• Observe and ensure all the safety rules are followed by the QA members and sorting company
• Develop standard or visual aid and reports for sorting purposes
• Help during the ISO / TS internal and external audits
• Propose changes on ways and procedures in order to make the process more efficient and accurate
• Close contact to the manufacturing plants in Mexico for feedback on quality issues
• Ensure FG material conditions are correctly identified and meet with all customer requirements
• Judgement of Good and No Good part using measurement tools and repair of defects based on skill level / hierarchy
• Support to material handler to move material using forklift
• Perform the Tear Down Inspection to the wire harnesses
• All other duties assigned
