Engineering Manager
We are looking for an Engineering Manager who will work on building and managing engineering teams for us to accurately scale standard GridX products for our valued utility customers. The primary focus will be on choosing optimal solutions to use for these purposes, then leading Engineering team members in maintaining, implementing, and monitoring them. You will also be responsible for integrating and aligning them with the broader strategy and architecture used across the company.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for, as well as extensive experience in, engineering management, leading technical teams, and excellent communication skills.

Because much of the US Engineering team is based in Denver, CO, it is preferred that the selected candidate be located in the Denver area but it is not required. The role will include occasional work at a GridX shared office or attendance at offsites and / or customer sites, as determined by your role's responsibilities and agreed to with your manager.
Compensation :
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location. The expected base salary range for this role is $175,000 to $215,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
