Job description

Account Manager, Cosmetics & Hygiene

Support our clients in planning and executing clinical trials to evaluate the efficacy of topical products and cosmetics. This position requires experience and a passion for engaging directly with clients, and either past experience with cosmetic clinical trials or a cosmetic technical or formulating background to ensure clients receive expert guidance and tailored solutions throughout the clinical trial process. The successful candidate will play a critical role in fostering strong client relationships, coordinating project timelines, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services.

Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients seeking clinical trial services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and technical requirements.
  • Provide guidance on study design, testing protocols, and regulatory compliance specific to topical products and cosmetics.

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including scientific, clinical operations, quality, and recruiting, amongst others to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates, milestones, and potential challenges to clients and stakeholders.
  • Preparation and review of study proposals, pricing, and contracts.
  • Technical Expertise

  • Leverage your technical or R&D background to offer insights into product efficacy, study design, and data analysis.
  • Stay updated on trends, innovations, and regulatory requirements in the cosmetics and topical product industries.
  • Assist in developing educational materials or presentations to support client discussions and industry engagement.
  • Business Development Support

  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and recommend tailored services to meet their needs.
  • Support the development of marketing initiatives and participate in trade shows, conferences, or industry events as needed.
  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis to enhance the company's service offerings and value proposition.
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetic Science, or related field); advanced degree preferred. Required
