Job description

Nmble Medical, in collaboration with a well-established and rehabilitation organization , is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in West Lafayette, IN area.

This is a full-time, onsite role providing hands-on care and rehabilitation services to patients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

We are committed to delivering exceptional outcomes through patient-centered therapy, evidence-based practice, and professional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, self-care, and ongoing wellness practices.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Active Indiana Physical Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure) or compact license.
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong commitment to patient care, professional growth, and teamwork.
  • Previous experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
