About the Position :

We are currently hiring a dedicated RN / LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 2-year-old female child in the Jefferson area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include :

Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

G-Tube feeding

Seizure monitoring

Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the child

Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort

Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Offering companionship and encouragement throughout the day

Schedule :

Saturday & Sunday : 10 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Qualifications :

Current  RN or LPN license  in the state of Pennsylvania

Minimum of 1 year of experience in home health or similar setting preferred but not required

Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Reliable transportation and punctuality

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
