Key Responsibilities :

• Talent Development : Design and implement programs for employee development, including training initiatives, mentorship programs, and succession planning.

• Employee Engagement : Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, using feedback and analytics to drive improvements.
• Organizational Development : Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and organizational gaps, supporting workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• Leadership Development : Create programs aimed at developing leadership skills across the organization, preparing future leaders to take on key roles.
