Job description

About the Role :

  • We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and efficient at managing and entering information accurately.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and updating company databases, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various administrative processes.
  • This role is perfect for someone who enjoys independent work, consistency, and precision.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
  • Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and make necessary corrections.
  • Verify accuracy of information before entering it into the system.
  • Retrieve data and generate reports as requested.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and customer information.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and data cleanup projects.
  • Follow established data entry procedures and quality control standards.
  • Communicate with team members or supervisors to resolve discrepancies or clarify information.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Typist, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient typing skills  Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets, and database systems (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and workspace.
