We have an exciting position open for an Industrial Engineer in our Cary, IL location. This role provides engineering leadership and support to high-speed, automated assembly operations. This role is responsible for the design, development, testing, and support of automated processes, systems, and equipment. The engineer will lead initiatives to improve manufacturing productivity, increase uptime, and implement cost-reduction strategies.

What we offer

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $85,000-125,000 . This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
