Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, you will :

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
• Provide tailored outpatient therapy to children, couples, and families, guiding them on their path to healing and resilience.
• Develop comprehensive crisis and wellness plans to empower clients in their mental health journey.
• Engage in collaborative care with our multidisciplinary team, enhancing client care through shared expertise.
• Ensure timely documentation and billing, maintaining the highest standards of professional responsibility.
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing your insights to improve client outcomes.
