Territory Manager

Join us, and let's improve the wellbeing of millions, together. The Territory Manager position offers you the opportunity to play a huge role in the success of our overall organization. Reporting to region leadership, you will be responsible for driving new business as well as increasing growth in existing accounts in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities :

  • Driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing accounts
  • Demonstrating outstanding product knowledge, understanding of related clinical data, competitive product knowledge, and overall industry trends
  • Cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Applying working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks
  • Identifying possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and taking actions to resolve
  • Conducting consultative sales calls on Interventional Cardiologists, Interventional Radiologists, Neuro Interventionalists, and Vascular Surgeons; supporting their needs in the lab
  • Partnering with Cordis leadership, cross-functional teams, and field-based counterparts
  • Providing customer feedback, competitive intel, environmental shifts, and all other pertinent industry learnings through the appropriate channels

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related work experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferred
  • 2+ years of selling medical supplies and devices with a medium length sell cycle
  • Familiar with PC applications
  • Familiar with MS office applications
  • Virtual meeting software proficiency
  • Ability to travel
  • Must live within the territory and be willing to travel as needed
  • Valid Driver's License
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment
