The ATM Support Specialist is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the ATM operations. Additionally, this role will provide support in Cash-in-Transit (CIT) services when not needed for ATM projects. This role will assist in providing support for all ATM operations in Grizzly Security’s service areas. This includes ATMs owned by Grizzly Security and ATMs owned by Grizzly Security’s customers. This role will also provide support to CIT staff who are in need of troubleshooting expertise. In addition to ATM responsibilities, this position will have a substantial role as a CIT Armed Guard. This position reports directly to the Branch Supervisor / ATM Fleet Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Cash in Transit :

Operate and drive an armored truck to transport valuables safely.

Assist the ATM Fleet Coordinator with all tasks related to Grizzly Security’s ATM fleet and provided services.

Continual participation in training programs, conferences and courses to stay current with industry trends, standards and technologies. This may require out of state travel.

Requirements : Qualifications :

Minimum of 1 year of experience in CIT or ATM support positions.

Willingness to learn.
