Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) – Family Practice
Location : Wauchula, FL & Avon Park, FL
Schedule : Mondays & Wednesdays in Wauchula | Thursdays & Fridays in Avon Park | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Status : Full-Time
Reports To : Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
We are seeking a bilingual (English / Spanish) APRN with a strong background in family practice to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working autonomously, enjoy caring for patients across the lifespan, and thrive in a flexible role that rotates between two clinic sites.
This position qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and may include up to $75,000 in student loan repayment for a two-year commitment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation : Up to $120,000 based on experience
- New Grad Compensation : $90,000 starting with a $5,000 increase at 6 months
- NHSC Program : Up to $75,000 for a two-year commitment
- PSLF Eligibility : Forgiveness after 120 qualifying monthly payments
- Relocation Assistance : $1,000 (in-state) or $3,000 (out-of-state)

Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited APRN programMinimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing NP (3+ years preferred)Clear and active Florida APRN license (or ability to obtain before start date)National certification (ANCC and / or AANP)Bilingual – English & Spanish (Required)BLS certificationEligible for malpractice insurabilityStrong computer and EMR literacyAbility to work both independently and within a team-based settingResponsibilities
Provide comprehensive family practice care across the lifespan in an outpatient settingDiagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions; prescribe medications and develop treatment plansReview lab, imaging, and diagnostic reports; document findings and ensure follow-up careMaintain accurate and timely patient records using SOAP note formatEnsure proper coding and billing practices aligned with documented careDeliver patient education and health counselingFacilitate referrals in coordination with nurses and referral clerksPrecept medical students as assignedParticipate in outreach, off-site programs, and health collaborativesAssist in clinical supply / equipment recommendationsUphold standards of universal precautions and OSHA requirementsParticipate in weekend or off-hours coverage as assignedDemonstrate professionalism and support within the medical teamApply Today!
