JOB SUMMARY
Reporting directly to a Juvenile Services Shift Supervisor, responsible for providing direct care and supervision to youth in pre- and post-adjudication facilities. Level I of II in Juvenile Supervision.

This position utilizes three 8 hour shifts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide supervision of juveniles. Shift assignments are subject to change at Program Director's discretion.

For that reason, we will screen all candidates that move forward in the process for positions of trust with children with The Diana Screen®. The Diana Screen® is a sexual risk screening tool used by Williamson County Juvenile Services to screen candidates moving forward in the process to work or volunteer with our youth. The Diana Screen® is administered on a computer in our office and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. The Diana Screen® helps to identify people who may step over a sexual boundary line or who may present a sexual risk to children and teens. This position is eligible to receive the Salary Adjustment Grant, as implemented by the TJJD. This grant could supplement annualized pay by an additional $3,000 per year, through August 31, 2024, increasing to $6000 for September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025.
