Dates for Assignment : Blocks of 2-5 days per month of clinic and call + Immediate Dates 12 / 24-28

Job Requirements for Assignment :

Kentucky Medical License

Board Certification or Board Eligibility within 5 years

Blocks of coverage

Hospital patients per day 1-4

Clinic patients per day 10-15

240 deliveries annually

Mostly assigned but some unassigned patients as well
