Job Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
- Explain service options and estimates clearly
- Schedule service appointments and manage customer flow
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
- Maintain accurate service records
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of automotive systems and repair proceduresAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentValid driver’s license and good driving recordBilingual skills are a plusBenefits :
