The Site Business Systems / SAP Expert executes necessary SAP Systems operations workflows and data input to support Plant and R&D production in Elgin IL. This position will also be integrally involved in raw material quality acceptance as well as coordinating release of finished products in SAP. They are accountable for driving critical site processes encompassing IT service management business support functions. This role emphasizes the management of technical infrastructure systems administration and the execution of strategic projects.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• SAP management of raw materials (quantities and quality) for use in Elgin plant and R&D production.
• Drive SAP workflows that support the aforementioned production of materials : both raw materials and finished goods.
• Create and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs)
• Supports SAP workflows to transfer existing products to Elgin
• Execute related SAP work to support shipping
• Support site regulatory requests administratively
• Manage troubleshoot and resolve site-wide IT issues site communication systems including SharePoint portal and digital signage.
• Provide setup configuration and technical support for IT equipment and user workstations.
• Administer the Workday Learning platform including course creation user enrollment and reporting.
• Manage document control and compliance workflows.
• Conduct IT and systems onboarding for new hires.
• Oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and site-level project using PPM and SAP systems.
• Manage the Management of Change (MOC) process to ensure IT compliance during transitions.
