Procurement Operations Lead

We are looking for a seasoned Procurement Operations Lead to oversee our growing portfolio of global procurement processes and systems. In this newly created role, you'll work in close collaboration with our Technology and Accounting teams with a keen focus on providing exceptional service levels, as well as ensuring the continuous improvement and future-proofing of our systems and processes.

You will focus on developing, managing, and re-engineering end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor onboarding and risk management, intake management, contract management, PO creation, three-way matching, and IT asset management. This includes oversight of master data management within these systems and processes, and ensuring data flows seamlessly across all platforms.

This is a hands-on role where you'll need to balance thought leadership and strategic thinking around best-in-class systems and processes with understanding the details, actively supporting daily operations, and mentoring members of the Procurement Operations team. While this role is based in New York, the scope is global in nature.

About You

• Have 10-15 years of related experience with a track record of managing procurement systems, leading procurement operations teams, and driving cross-functional process improvement initiatives
• Bring extensive expertise in procure-to-pay systems, vendor management platforms, contract management, and procurement best practices in complex, technology-driven environments
• Able to identify re-engineering opportunities and develop new processes that will deliver measurable results
• Deeply knowledgeable of procurement system administration and the underlying data architecture, as well as dependencies between systems and processes; Having experience integrating various systems is strongly preferred
• Have a strong background in IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal of technology assets
• Strong communicator and collaborator; Capable of building relationships with vendors, internal stakeholders, and team members across different regions
• Experienced with change management, particularly as it relates to anticipating and managing stakeholder questions and concerns
