Location : Remote! EST hours preferred

Our client, a global leader in insurance and financial services, is seeking a Lead UX Developer to join their Enterprise UX team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a seasoned front-end engineer who thrives at the intersection of design and development.

As a key player in a modern UX practice, you'll drive innovation, mentor peers, and shape the future of digital experiences across a portfolio of enterprise products. If you're passionate about React, design systems, and building scalable, user-centered solutions-this is your chance to lead transformation at scale.

What You'll Do

• Bridge Design & Development : Translate UX vision into clean, accessible, production-ready code using React and modern front-end technologies.
• Lead & Mentor : Guide a team of UX engineers and designers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Innovate with AI & Automation : Explore and implement emerging technologies to streamline design-to-dev handoff and improve team workflows.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to align on vision, strategy, and execution.
• Champion User-Centered Design : Participate in user research and usability testing to ensure solutions are intuitive, inclusive, and impactful.
• Contribute to Design Systems : Help evolve and scale the company's design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across products.
