Junior M&A Attorney

A reputable North New Jersey law firm is seeking to hire a Junior M&A Attorney. The group handles mid-market work and very sophisticated matters. The position allows for a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have :

• At least 2 years of M&A experience
• The ability to develop relationships with clients
• An ambitious attitude with a strong desire to grow and develop
• License to practice law in New Jersey
• Salary range is dependent on experience and includes substantial bonuses and full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more).
