Hilco Vision is searching for an organized, team-focused HR Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll support onboarding, employee data management, and day-to-day HR operations all while helping create positive employee experience. This role will be working 5 days a week on site in our facility located in Fairfield, OH.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR or administrative experience, preferably within a manufacturing facility
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working in an HRIS System (UKG or similar)
- Must be proficient utilizing the MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming environmentManage office supplies, conference room scheduling as needed, and general site coordinationSupport new hire onboarding and orientation, including creating folders, issuing badges, assigning lockers, and completing E-VerifyCoordinate visitor check-ins, mail distribution, and other on-site support activitiesEnter and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (new hires, manual temporary employee entries, E-verify, changes, terminations)Support time and attendance processes in HR SystemReset passwords and troubleshoot employee system access issuesAssist in initiatives that enhance employee morale, such as recognition programs, events and internal communicationsAct as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefitsProvide overall administrative support to HR team members both on-site and virtually
