Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master who will be responsible for ensuring disciplined Scrum execution and driving continuous improvement for Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint goals are defined and achievable

Own sprint delivery health, track metrics, and intervene proactively when needed

Coach teams on Agile principles and maintain transparency in delivery metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced environment

Strong command of Agile frameworks and delivery metrics

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills

Data-driven with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
