HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and assists with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring completion of required documentation and orientation processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Support benefits administration by answering employee inquiries and coordinating enrollment or changes.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with audits to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and assist with training programs.
• Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Collaborate with payroll and other departments to resolve employee issues promptly.

This is a Contract position based out of Glendale, WI.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
