Key Responsibilities of the Ob / Gyn Ultrasound Tech :

Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures focused on obstetrics and gynecology.

Collaborate with physicians to support prenatal and gynecological care.

Ensure patient comfort and safety while explaining procedures clearly.

Maintain and operate ultrasound equipment according to best practices.

Document results accurately and support the clinical team with timely reporting.

Stay current with advancements in ultrasound technology and women’s health imaging.

Requirements :

Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.

Active North Carolina State license / credentials (if applicable).

ARDMS certification in Ob / Gyn required.

Minimum 2 years of recent Ob / Gyn ultrasound experience.

Strong interpersonal and patient care skills.
