ROLE SUMMARY

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN - Shared, 1 : 1, School Nurse's Office) This position reports to the building principal, RN, Teacher (if LPN is 1 : 1) or Designee / School Health Manager. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day support of students with disabilities or physical impairments and provide direct patient care which adheres to the standards of the Licensed Practical Nurse Practice Act of the State of Ohio.

QUALIFICATIONS PROFILE

Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.

Certification / License :

• Current LPN Nursing License in the State of Ohio

Salary : $26.23 per hour - per the AFSCME contract

Service Period : School year only - 7 hours per day
