Preferred Job Qualifications :

• Previous experience in aerospace manufacturing or related industries familiarity with inspection processes and basic quality standards
• Ability to perform polishing and cleaning and packaging with attention to detail
• Forklift certification or proven forklift operating experience
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Commitment to safety protocols and workplace cleanliness
• Strong teammate skills with the ability to work independently when needed
